By registering with PureMatch Halal, all applicants are required to pay a non-refundable service fee of £100 for those in the diaspora and #100,000 for those in Nigeria.
This fee covers membership for 3 months, from the date of registration, and it is renewable upon request from the client, and after all other factors have been considered.
The renewal fee is £50 for those in the diaspora and #50,000 for those in Nigeria. Payment requests will be sent via email to the address provided during registration. Payments should be made promptly; failure to do so may result in a hold on the membership and access to services.
All members must complete the Registration Form and submit a photo. If a photo cannot be provided at the time of registration, it should be submitted during the 1-1 consultation, if possible. A Mini Profile (MP) will be created for each party based on the information in the Registration Form, the 1-1 consultation, and the submitted photo. This MP will be sent to the member for approval before being shared with potential matches.
If a member is uncomfortable with their photo being shown to potential matches in their Summary Profile, they must inform PureMatch Halal, and a note will be added to their profile. All members will receive a copy of their Registration Form and Summary Profile. Summary Profiles will only be shared with members of PureMatch Halal and will exclude personal details. Contact preferences will be recorded and exchanged between parties as needed.
Where a member decides to leave the service without a successful match after a membershipduration, they are free to do so. All personal information and photos will be securely deleted, and an exit interview may be conducted for feedback purposes.
PureMatch Halal reserves the right to refuse or terminate a member’s profile if there are discrepancies in background checks, abusive behavior towards other candidates or members, or missed payments.
Please note that PureMatch Halal's role is to assist in finding a suitable match for the candidate and provide support throughout the process. However, we cannot be held responsible for unsuccessful matches. If required, we will assist in starting the process of finding a new match, provided the membership is still active. It is the responsibility of the members themselves to develop a relationship with their prospective match, although PureMatch Halal will offer support for any concerns during the process.
Note: Payments made by clients whose primary place of residence is in the diaspora are to be made in GBP, where a client is found to have defected making payments in NGN, such transaction will automatically be voided and there shall be no refund for such transaction.
