All information are kept confidential and no information is shared publicly. PureMatch Halal ensures that we are the only people to have access to your private information, and create Summary Profiles for other candidates to see, which contains no sensitive information. We do take in to account a candidates preferences, so if there is anything they wish to have excluded or included in their MP, we are happy to go along with their wishes. 

A Mini Profile is what is shown to prospective matches. It's used to give each candidate a glimpse in to a potential match and used as a tool to decide whether or not to take the match forward or not. 

When you have been matched to someone, it is up to you and your match to get to know each other. We make sure to check in with each individual to see how you are progressing and if you need any assistance with the process.

If it seems you are incompatible with your match, we will strive to help you find a new prospective match. However, we will try to understand what went wrong with your previous match, and make sure you are ready for a new one.
